To improve your chances of protecting the most important organ you have – Your Brain. Prevention or delay of Dementia can be obtained by correct nutrition, physical exercise and cognitive stimulation. Research suggests that up to 40% of dementia cases could have been prevented if the risk factors were managed.
Our cognitive stimulation programme in combination with correct nutrition and physical exercise is currently the only research based tool to help the prevention or delay of Dementia. Cognitive stimulation is the key to protecting your brain.
Dementia Prevention is about building the right support to help your brain manage the symptoms. Dementia affects the brain 20 to 30 years before you can feel the symptoms, once you feel the symptoms it is too late. Cognitive stimulation can protect you from cognitive decline and keep your mind sharp for longer.
